This Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to your use of Idaho-Forged LLC’s (“Idaho-Forged”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) website located at idaho-forged.com on all platforms (the “Website”).
Items purchased at the Idaho-Forged Website may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. Return item(s) may not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of a full-priced item, please email your order number to [email protected] and we will send you a return form.
For refunds, you will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes. You will not be refunded the original shipping charge.
For exchanges, you will be credited the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes. Unless the exchange is due to a defective item or order, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges.
When returning a gift, you will only be issued a Idaho-Forged store credit via email. No exchanges allowed.
Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned through the Website.
